• Out of the 150+ partners within Cisco’s worldwide partner ecosystem, many partners struggled to enable Field Engineers with Cisco Security deployment expertise in solutions such as Cisco ISE, Umbrella and Duo. Factors such as employee churn or hyper-accelerated onboarding lead to new engineers being added to the organization without properly bringing them up to speed on Cisco security solutions.

  Lack of enablement within Cisco’s partners hinders their ability to feel confident pitching Cisco Security’s value proposition, selling Cisco solutions, and therefore leads to difficulty generating Cisco Security Revenue.

Solution

• ModernCyber Built, Delivered, and Validated Students through Four 2-Day Instructor-Led Deployment (Post-Sales) Engineer Courses for the following Cisco Security Solutions:
  • Cisco Umbrella 301 Field Engineer Training
  • Cisco Duo 301 Field Engineer Training
  • Cisco ISE 301 and ISE 302 Field Engineer Training
• Course was formatted into 4 hours of Instructor-led lecture and 12 hours of supported lab time for student labs created in a customized Dcloud Lab environment
• Courses were delivered worldwide through in-person as well as virtual sessions in class sizes ranging between 30-100 students, across AMER, APAC, EMEA Geos

• Effectively trained over 3,550 Partner Engineers Confident in Deploying Cisco Security Solutions in FY24:
  • 1,050 Partner Engineers Trained on ISE
  • 2,500 Partner Engineers Trained on Duo and/ Umbrella
• Total of over 4,500 Partner Engineers Across 150+ WW Partner Organizations Trained in ModernCyber Field Engineering Courses
• Effectively enabling Cisco Partner engineers on effective deployment techniques, both on the pre-sales and post sales side, allows for partner engineers to feel more confident in both POVs and pre-sales which leads to more Cisco Security Revenue.
